Fresh Cantaloupe Juice

Cantaloupe Cantina

Cantaloupe juice is fast and easy to make and is a great mixer with tequila, gin, and vodka, or even for a twist on a classic mimosa. 

1 ripe cantaloupe, seeded and flesh scooped out

1 fresh lime

2 teaspoons light agave nectar

Throw the flesh of the cantaloupe into a blender and blend on high until liquified. Strain liquid through a coffee filter until you have a beautiful clear liquid. Add the juice of one fresh lime and the light agave nectar. Can be stored for up to two days in the refrigerator, but best if used immediately.
